Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Strive to meet or exceed established service levels and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about services to offer accurate information and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with team members.

- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
We provide training and familiarize you with the solutions we provide. At Jobbermint, we strive to provide a collaborative, creative environment where each person feels encouraged to contribute to our processes, decisions, planning and culture. Our core business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. The full-time will consist of 40 hours a week Monday-Friday, and part-time will consist of 15 hours a week including a 90-day introductory period.

You will be able to work from home, full-time or part-time. It will require a quiet, distraction free environment with access to high speed internet.
